- You also pay the legal fees for the lender as well as yourself
The fees above are always paid by you the borrower but think of it as a cost of business. Yes, it is different than residential financing but still a great investment with some great perks that would not be available in the residential space (ie: Your tenants pay their portion of the property tax!)
I recommend sitting down and talking to me prior to getting into a purchase agreement so you are aware of all of the above and timelines as commercial takes a lot longer than residential transactions.
